By clicking Agree below, you agree to the cred.ai Privacy Policy, the Important Terms & Conditions of the Cred.ai Deposit Account (which you will be given the opportunity to apply for in this application), and the Platform Services Terms & Conditions which govern your use of the cred.ai mobile app.
Cred.ai Deposit Account Terms
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “WSFS Bank,” “we” or “us” means Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, a federal savings bank headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and the issuer of the cred.ai Deposit Account (each, an “Account”). “cred.ai” means Robo Cred One LLC, the company that provides cred.ai services, the cred.ai mobile app, the cred.ai website and assists WSFS Bank in servicing your Account.
The Cred.ai Deposit Account does not earn interest. The Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) on the Account is 0.00%.
Minimum Balance Required to Open an Account: $0.00
Neither WSFS Bank nor cred.ai charges fees on this account.
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Coverage: The Account, as well as any WSFS Bank qualifying account balances you may have, are aggregated for purposes of FDIC insurance up to $250,000.
This application process allows you to apply for the Cred.ai Deposit Account, and upon qualifying for the Cred.ai Deposit Account, to then also apply for the Unicorn Credit Card with the protection of the Cred.ai Guaranty that protects enabled cardholders from credit card fees, interest, and overspending . Application eligibility criteria can be found below. You can read the Privacy Policy and Important Terms and Conditions for the Unicorn Credit Card by visiting www.unicorncreditcard.com.
By submitting an application to us, you agree to the following:
1. Authorization for Consumer Reporting Agency Reports: You authorize us and our agents and representatives, including cred.ai, to obtain credit, banking history, employment and other information about you, including consumer reporting agency reports including ChexSystems, in order to evaluate your application for an Account. If your application is approved and you open an Account, you further authorize us and our agents and representatives, including cred.ai, to re-verify any or all of such information from time to time, including obtaining additional consumer reporting agency reports, for any legitimate or permissible purpose in connection with your Account, such as for the purpose of reviewing the Account, increasing or decreasing any funding limits associated with the Account or taking collection action on the Account, and to furnish information concerning your Account and our banking experience with you to consumer reporting agencies and others who may properly receive that information.
2. Calls and Texts; Monitoring/Recording of Telephone Calls: You agree that, if you list a phone number in your application or if you provide an updated phone number, we, our service providers and agents, including cred.ai, (collectively, the “Messaging Parties”) may use automated telephone dialing, text messaging systems and electronic mail to provide messages to you or contact you to about your Account, including to assist you with completion of your application or notify you about transaction approval, Account information and services, scheduled payments, missed payments or other important information about your Account or your relationship with us. Telephone calls may include a pre-recorded message and may be played by a machine automatically when the telephone is answered, whether answered by you, someone else or a voice mail or answering machine. You authorize the Messaging Parties to call or send a text message to any telephone number you have given us or you give to a Messaging Party in the future. You understand that, when you receive such calls, texts or e-mails, you may incur a charge from the company that provides you with telecommunications, wireless and/or internet services. You agree that the Messaging Parties will not be liable to you for any fees, inconvenience, annoyance or loss of privacy in connection with such calls or e-mails. You understand that anyone with access to your telephone, answering machine or email account may listen to or read the messages, notwithstanding the Messaging Parties’ efforts to communicate only with you. This authorization is part of our bargain concerning your application for an Account.
3. Arbitration Clause: If you have a dispute with WSFS Bank, our service providers or agents, including cred.ai, and we are not able to resolve it informally, you agree that the dispute will be resolved through an arbitration process detailed in the Arbitration Clause in the cred.ai Deposit Account Agreement. If you don’t want to settle disputes through arbitration, you may elect to reject the provision by using the process outlined in the Arbitration Clause.
Cred.ai Deposit Account Eligibility: To be eligible for the Cred.ai Deposit Account, you must meet certain identity verification requirements (designed to protect you, us and others against fraudulent openings) and pass a review of your ChexSystems consumer report. You must also satisfy certain minimum application criteria. The minimum criteria at this time includes the following requirements: (1) You must be at least 18 years old (21 if from MS and 19 if AL or NE); (2) You must be a legal US resident; (3) You must possess a US phone number capable of receiving SMS messages; (4) You must have regular secure access to a mobile device running either the iOS or Android operating systems; (5) And (at this time) you must have a Unicorn Credit Card. Failure to be approved for a Unicorn Credit Card will result in your application for a Cred.ai Deposit Account being denied. However, you are not required to have a Cred.ai Deposit Account in order to have a Unicorn Credit Card. (In order to be eligible for a Unicorn Credit Card, among other requirements, applicants must satisfy the minimum criteria of having annual income of at least $10,000.) You can read more about the Unicorn Credit Card, including the Privacy Policy and Important Terms and Conditions for the Unicorn Credit Card, and apply for the Unicorn Credit Card directly without applying for the Cred.ai Deposit Account, by visiting www.unicorncreditcard.com.
You will not be permitted to submit a Cred.ai application if the application information you attempt to submit does not satisfy the minimum criteria. For example, if you indicate that you are younger than 18 years of age, you will not be permitted to submit an application, as it is impossible for a person younger than 18 to be approved. We prevent you from unnecessarily submitting applications that fail to meet the minimum criteria in order to protect your privacy, by limiting our data gathering to only eligible applicants. If you are able to submit an application, but the application review process later reveals that you do not satisfy the minimum criteria, your application will be rejected at that time.
Cred.ai Deposit Account Funds Availability Policy: When you or another person (for example, your employer) instruct another bank or financial institution to send funds to the Account by ACH, our policy is to make the funds available no later than the first Business Day after the banking day we receive the deposit. Funds are “received” when they have been actually collected by us and when we have received information from the payor regarding the Account and the amount to be credited with such funds.
When you initiate an ACH transfer to the Account through the platform Cred.ai makes available, we initiate an ACH transfer from an account of yours at another institution or you make a mobile check deposit, our policy is to make the funds available within nine Business Days.
Once funds are available, you can use the funds for any purpose, subject to any limitations in other agreements you may have with us, and we will use the funds to cover your transactions and pay checks that you have written.
For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a Business Day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit on a Business Day before 5 p.m. EST, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit; however, if you make a deposit on a non-Business Day or a day we are not open, we will consider the deposit made on the next Business Day.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account (USA PATRIOT Act): To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Authorization for the Social Security Administration to Disclose Your Social Security Number Verification: I authorize the Social Security Administration (SSA) to verify and disclose to cred.ai through Woolly Labs, Inc., their service provider, for the purpose of opening an Account whether the name, Social Security Number (SSN), and date of birth I have submitted matches information in SSA records. My consent is for a one-time validation within the next 90 days

PRIVACY POLICY
The Cred.ai Deposit Account is issued by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB (“WSFS Bank”) and serviced by Robo Cred One, LLC (“Cred.ai,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how Cred.ai collects, uses, and shares your personal information with regard to the Cred.ai Deposit Account. This Privacy Policy applies to the online collection, use, and sharing of personal and other information through the Cred.ai website (www.cred.ai) and the cred.ai mobile app (the “Platform Services”), and does not apply to any other product or service that you may obtain from WSFS Bank.
In connection with the Cred.ai Deposit Account, Cred.ai shares your personal information with WSFS Bank. In addition, when you provide your personal information to Cred.ai to apply for and/or open the Cred.ai Deposit Account, you are also providing that information to WSFS Bank. Information about WSFS

We collect information about you (“personal information”) and your use of our Platform Services, some of which may not be personally identifiable. We collect any information that you provide to us through our Platform Services or through your access to or use of our Platform Services. Cred.ai uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”), during the application process and in service of your account, to gather your personal and financial data (for example, account balances) from your third-party bank. By applying for or using our products or services, you grant Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your third-party bank. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://plaid.com/legal. Plaid never shares your third-party bank credentials with Cred.ai.

To protect the security of your information, we may require you to authenticate your identity (i.e., prove that you are who you say you are) to conduct certain transactions through our Platform Services. If you believe that information that you have submitted through our Platform Services has been used without your permission to engage in any unauthorized activity, you must tell us immediately. Our Platform Services may display links to third-party websites. By including a link to third- party websites, Cred.ai does not endorse or recommend any products or services offered or information contained at the third-party websites. Cred.ai disclaims liability for any privacy practices of the third-party websites linked through our Platform Services, which may have a privacy policy different from that of Cred.ai. If you decide to visit a third-party website via a link displayed on our Platform Services, you do so at your risk.
TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
In addition to the information you provide, Cred.ai may also collect information during your use of our Platform Services through our online tracking technologies, which include Web beacons, cookies, device identification, geolocation, embedded Web links, and other information- gathering tools. These tools collect certain traffic information that your browser automatically sends, such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, click stream behavior (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with the websites or “powered by” websites) and product information.
When you browse or use one of our Platform Services, we may store certain information on your device, in the form of a small text file or “cookie,” which can help us to tailor our Platform Services to your individual preferences and save you time if you use the Platform Services again. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Our Platform Services are not intended for use by children or minors. We do not knowingly solicit information from children, and we do not knowingly market to children. We recognize that protecting children’s identities and privacy online is important and that the responsibility to do so rests with both the online industry and with parents. Please notify us immediately if you believe that we may have collected personal information from a child, so that we can delete such information.
We do not sell the personal information of California consumers that are less than 16 years of age, unless the consumer (in the case of consumers between 13 and 16 years of age) or the consumer’s parent or guardian (in the case of consumers who are less than 13 years of age) has affirmatively authorized the sale of the consumer’s personal information.
